The Troc Residential Home

The Troc have cared for my father for nearly three years and shown great kindness and understanding. I can't praise the staff enough for their patience and support.

Horrible care home run by a evil lady who does not care for her residents, if she takes a dislike to a resident, she just evicts them ....I've witnessed residents being man handled, left to sit in there chairs all day in there own wet n mess,chucked in chairs,using foul language to residents,kitchen staff swearing at dementia residents.....feel sorry for the staff who are treat like robots !!! Avoid loved ones going to this place!!!!

My grandma spent 9 weeks in the troc she was not looked after properly the comments made by staff members to her on several occasions about her size were so unprofessional and made her feel terrible after lunch one day she asked could she have a lay down on her bed the care staff said lets put your nighty on ready for bed my grandma said its to early for my nighty to which she was told u can stay in the chair then and left her in pain in the chair.
