Totally fraud company..never ever think about to use this company..they scamed me of 4000.still waiting for refund ..they are another level fraudsters.shame on owner and company..decieving innocent people to grab thousands of money .cruel people

(Review edited as we received an email from a NALC staff member threatening to sue us for bringing their name out lol. I mean finally we get an email) They deserve ZERO stars. Starting with the communication, which is none. Rude employees. My husband and I purchased two plots and weve been waiting since May for the completion. They claim the death of the owner to have slowed down the procedure. Well, yeah people die. NALC could have, and should have, contacted us, apologised to us for the delay, and given us our money back. None of this happened. We had to chase them to be told sales manager) is ALWAYS out of office. We only received two letters (last in June) telling us our money is safe and it has. Been a month now since last They decided to answer our calls. He told us theyre just a few days away from completion and its been a month now. I call three to four times daily to be told no one can answer my queries. Served everyone with the notice to complete, and done our end. I now understand Al the other reviews calling them a scam and fraudulent company. They truly are. NALC will come here and try to defend themselves. I already know all the lies they will write here. ALL I WANT IS OUR MONEY BACK.

I wish I could not give any star, this company is SCAM and Fraudulent, I bought plots through them and paid big amount of money and this is the fourth month and i am still waiting response from them, they are not responding not answering my calls, spoken to solicitor and will go to court. Very bad company with worst staff I want my money back !!!!!!!!!
