        Very poor customer service from the owner. When employees serving all is fine - they are nice and helpful. But a lady owner is awful - rude and arrogant, every time! She dont know what a good customer service mean. People like that shouldnt work at the counter.

        Lady was very unhelpful. She even refused to accept our proof of identity when collecting a parcel. Was told by her to come back when someone else was working.

        I went to post some photos to USA.I forgot my glasses the lady almost threw apiece of paper to me and said "you need to complete it Correctly " I told her I didn't have my glasses she was no help and there was no one else in the post office.....that was my last visit

        My elderly mother had the same problem as Ben (see his comments below) this is exactly what happened to my mother this woman is very rude and should not be on any customer service counter it's a shame because everybody else is so pleasant...
