        Visited today and mentioned that nearly every time I visit either a post office van or member of staff is parked in the disabled bay. I got a very rude reply that they dont have to provide disabled parking, anyone can park in it including staff and I should park elsewhere. Not convenient when walking is very painful. Zero points for customer service.
