        Firstly, Andy actually turned up as arranged, most unusual with tradespeople these days !!! Secondly, he is a very pleasant person, obviously very knowledgable about a wide spectrum of DIY subjects, and he dealt with our problem quickly and efficiently. Thirdly, he has very reasonable rates, gives you a quote before he starts a job and sticks to it, no unpleasant surprises after he has finished the job. Therefore, I would highly recommend him.
