Rang and asked about having some work done in our en suite. They sent a chap round to have a look and measure up. He said he would submit it to the office and they would contact us. This was on 20 July. After the few days, no contact, so I rang them. Was told in a rather rude manner that they were 'very busy', we would have to wait and they would eventually get round to us. As of today 11 November, haven't heard a thing. If they didn't want the job, just say so. Incredibly bad manners and I would never ever use these people. Terrible non existent customer service.
