Thank you to the lady working today 2nd May in Newark branch who absolutely made the process of renewing my passport easy. She explained the process and was cheerful and professional. Why struggle yourself when for a small cost this can be stress free with the knowledge its been completed properly. They even send your old passport off for you with links to check where your passport is in the process via email and text. Highly recommended!

Ive given 5 stars because although there were errors in our experience at the Newark branch and the process was therefore rather drawn out, BELLA, is absolutely first class. She is professional, logical, efficient, and frankly deserves a medal! (Though I expect shed prefer a pay rise!!). Shes also extremely positive, polite and cheerful, which is amazing really as she must be run off her feet, not only doing her own job well but correcting other peoples mistakes, and helping those who other staff members turn away because they dont know how to do things. I will go back to the branch but only when BELLA is there. MANY THANKS to her for all her help.

Bella needs to learn some customer service skills. Having to wait half an hour to collect an ups parcel is utterly ridiculous. I get its busy but maybe if Bella wasnt so rude to customers she might stand a chance in filling the vacant spot for additional staff members. She is also slow with her service and this is half the problem. She also didnt check my ID to see if I was the person on package, and read my address out loud for a busy store to hear. I dont wish for my personal details to be voiced to everyone and this is outlined in GDPR and DPA laws. If shed checked my ID shed be able to check my name and address without breaching my privacy. Photo skills of what I saw in store whilst waiting also poor and not worth the money. Clueless
