we have been taking our dog cookie for 5 years and she runs into the shop. we know she doesn't like having her hair cut, she can be a little sod if she wants to. She loves it here when she sees where shes going, tail starts wagging, virtually runs in.

I have been taking my 8 year old westie ellie since she was very young. Rikki is brilliant with her. I have used other groomers before prefect pets but they couldn't do ellie as she is a bit snappy because she dont like showers or the hairdryer. I took her to Rikki and she was great with her and she's been going there ever since. Its always lovely when i go and collect ellie she always looks happy with a lovely touch of a bow on her collar. Thank you rikki
