Skruffs 2 Kruffs

My doggies Diva (Shih-Tzu) & Monty (Shih-Poo) have been visiting Leigh for nearly 2 years now (8 weekly) At first Diva was very nervous about the whole grooming procedure, but Leigh has been so very patient and kind to her, he knows her every mood now, and has never once given up on her when shes pood on him in the wash basin lol Monty is the most chilled out dog on the planet but Diva definitely lives up to her name! I wouldnt trust my two with anyone else and the knowledge Leigh has on all things canine is incredible too! Thankyou Skruffs 2 Kruffs I always walk out with 2 beauties and oh my goodness the shampoo smells incredible, I sniff their little faces constantly haha! xx

We would not recommend this company or man to groom any animal, my dog is so fearful now of being picked up she goes to the ground when you go to pick her up. She shaked for a few days after and I cant imagine what this man put my dog through. Would definitely not take her back there ever, my poor dog is now traumatised and now I have to work to get her confidence back to be picked up. She is only 5 mths old so fingers crossed she will get back to her happy self soon: please do not take your animal to this man. Ive had to give one star but he dont even deserve that

The only reason he gets a good cut is because he restraints the dog by using the dogs lead and coller and suspens by the neck so the poor dog is nearly hanging. In the frame he uses That's why he always tells you not to come back before he has finished so u don't see your dog hanging by its lead..and I know he does this because wen I picked my dog up the collar size was so tight I couldn't get a finger under it and it was always loose so he had tighted it to stop the dog escaping and can't move while it's hanging..never again.if you care about your dog don't let this man hang your dog when your not there ..
