I went to see Ian to find out if anything could be done for my knee and back pain or if it was just 'age'. (I am trying to forget about being in my seventh decade.) Ian diagnosed the problem area with clear explanation. I am now moving more freely, I am pain free and back playing sport. I would definitely recommend Ian for his professional and skilled treatment.

Ian has a very thorough knowledge and understanding of how all our bones, muscles and ligaments work together to establish our various postural idiosyncracies. I visit him on a regular basis and he has sorted out numerous aches and pains for me as I try to remain an active golfer at 70 years old. He's a nice chap too!!

Got aches and pains? Don't ignore them, get in touch with Ian, there's a very good reason the Back to Life Clinic has excellent reviews. I have been suffering a few aches and pains recently which were easy to ignore but progressively having a negative impact on quality of life. Ian's thorough diagnosis was not only a surprise but also very interesting: there is a difference between treating the symptoms of pain, and identifying the root cause of the issue. Ian suggested a series of helpful exercises and techniques, demonstrated them and also took me through them to ensure I had the correct technique After one session Ian has had a positive impact: my shoulder pain has gone and I've had the best night sleep in months. To encourage me to continue with the helpful exercises (it would be easy to skip a day, as we all do), Ian has sent a follow-up email with links to demonstration videos, and a personalised exercise program. Very easy booking process with helpful guidance offered from first contact. Ian articulated clearly what he believed was causing the problems being experienced and set about very swiftly in agreeing & actioning suitable treatment....the positive impacts of which were apparent almost immediately. I had been suffering with my back for a long time before I visited Ian. Ian has made such a difference to how I can now live my life without being in pain all the time. Ian is very professional and has many exercises that work every time.
