Easy to deal with in and out quickly

I decided to try this opticians after losing faith in a different one I have been using for years. I was warned JD are a bit pricey, and they are, but what a difference in service and customer care! The receptionist was polite and helpful (we even had a pleasant chat), the optometrist DARSH was superb - explained a test that I have never had before and told me things about my eye issue that has never been mentioned over the years! This young man has such a charming manner - the type all mums want their daughters to bring home!! :-) Then I believe it was DECLAN that thoroughly explained the lenses that I needed - and even told me how I could save a few s!! as well as helping to pick out some suitable frames and the measurements required to fit my face to perfection. I have always envied people that wear glasses comfortably, without sliding down their nose but now I have some too! Such a simple thing but it is the first time in years that my glasses stay on my face. I thought it was me that had strange bone structure on the nose or something! Thank you JD, I will be back - probably in time for summer and my prescription sunglasses that I am after

I've been using JD since I started wearing glasses in 2010, and wouldn't go to any other optician. Raj's eye tests are incredibly thorough, and Declan has an innate ability to point you in the direction of exactly the right frames. Superb.

The service Ive received from JD Opticians has been excellent. My contact lens journey has been a slow and difficult one!! but all of the staff have been extremely patient and understanding and have enabled me to achieve my goal. Im thrilled. I cant recommend them highly enough.

On a recommendation I rang J D Opticians recently for an eye test. Over the years I have visited many opticians and none have come close to the service I received here. The staff were first class - friendly and professional. I have to give a special mention to Raj Kurani. What an amazing optician. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, explained things in a clear and detailed way and on top of that hes such a lovely person. Thank you JD Opticians.
