        Had my eye test appointment which was all good. Went back a week later to collect my new glasses and had an issue with not being able to see out of my glasses. The Lady that served me Carol was fantastic. She made a few adjustments and each one i still struggled to see. She then took my new glasses and my current glasses away to make more adjustments and when she came back what ever she had done I could see perfectly with my new glasses. She had the magic touch. I was very impressed as id all but given up on the new glasses. Excellent service and shes an absolutely lovely lady. All the staff are lovely and friendly

        Majority of staff are friendly, really kind and great with kids. There is one member of staff that could work on being more polite when greeting people. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has picked up on her attitude. Great range of different glasses and the store is very clean, however there's no lift or online selection for a downstairs appointment. If there's a new customer who has a baby, difficulty getting around, is disabled in any way or elderly then this is an obvious problem.
