        RUDE STAFF - I have been a regular at this nail bar for a very long time but I am extremely disappointed after my recent visit, to the point I left in tears after the worst customer experience Ive ever had!! When one of the men working at the salon asked me how the shape of my nails were, I politely told him that one of the nails had been filed too thin and asked if it could be fixed. He then stormed to the other side of the Salon to shout about me to the manager while I was sat there extremely embarrassed as I hadnt said anything rude! To add to this, the whole time in there felt very rushed - my whole acrylic gel set was finished in 35 minutes and the quality of the nails is a lot poorer than usual because of this.
