Had a problem with the Gemini alarm on our Broadway FB late last night whilst on the showground at Newalk, rang the service centre first thing today although they were extremely busy they said call in and they would try to help. Not only identified the fault but repaired it and at no cost, that is customer service at its best thanks to all at SMC Service Centre

We bought a motorhome from SMC yesterday, our first experience of this company. Joe and Alistair were very polite, professional and knowledgeable, and nothing was to much trouble. The buying process was a easy and the van was presented immaculately. We had a few minor niggles and they were dealt with immediately. Spike from the servicing department went through all the controls will us in great detail to show us how everything worked, his knowledge was second to none and he was very polite, friendly and professional. The handover was a good experience, again nothing was too much trouble and we were extremely well looked after. We would just like to say a big thank you to the team at SMC we love our new van and we would definitely recommend you. I took home my second-hand Peugeot Autosleeper today and am very happy with the very excellent and professional team at SMC. Steve the salesman (honest about what he does and doesn't know which is refreshing in times of utter BS). Lovely Amy on reception who is timely and professional with information on money paid and received plus friendly and helpful when you arrive. Fabulous Spike who was very patient with a 'woman of a certain' age who asked many questions on the handover (bit like the Spanish inquisition) A patient, professional and friendly man with a GSOH! He took my vehicle off to top up the gas which was much appreciated and also sorted out a couple of issues with the gas grill before the vehicle was released to me (much appreciated) I was surprised and much appreciated the hamper of 'delights' that Steve gave me as a valued customer. I drove home my beautifully valeted and serviced vehicle and am very happy so far. I will feed back more after my first trip! I would certainly recommend this tremendous team :)
