Yet again, incredible service. Can not thank the team enough for helping my wife yesterday when she broken down in Newark. They popped out to pick her up and drove her van (alternator belt had snapped) to the garage. She was looked after so well, even putting the shopping in the fridge! She was lucky they could squeeze the work in and within and hour or so she was back on the road. The team look after all our cars and weve always had the very best service. Called Chapples after trying various garages in Newark as I was desperate to get my horn fixed for the MOT, they were friendly and helpful and had the car in the next day, I left it with them and they fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost too. They also advised me that I needed my tyres replacing ASAP, which I didn't know about so I'm really thankful. Excellent service, will be sure to call Chapples first for anything else!
