        Bit of conflicting google info on the opening days (depends which internet provider you are using). I was in there today and it was officially "closed". The staff member said they are open Wednesday - Saturday (can't remember if she said Sunday too but point being, they are closed Mon/Tues). Luckily I just needed a pamphlet and there was a school trip so I was able to get what I needed which was a map of the town. Very poor map with not a lot of detail so 3 stars from me although the staff were very nice :) Thanks

        I am in Durham and I needed to speak with someone from the information centre. There was only an automated message about the theatre and the museum, neither of which relate to my query.
