        Was in Newark for a wedding and walked into Timpsons on bridge street (with my family) and met Jay. He was so friendly and helpful! A huge asset to the company :)

        I was in a bit of a panic today as I had been let down by a company. I am a Celebrant and am doing a funeral service for a little girl that was born sleeping at 18 weeks. I was trying to get a candle engraved for the service and spoke to Shane... we spoke about why I wanted the it engraving and he said he would do the engraving free of charge. It was a wonderful gesture and I will make sure the family are made aware of what he did for their little girl... So, thank you very much.... When I picked it up it looked lovely and will be perfect...
