        They rang me to say something I'd ordered would be in by a certain day. I went. It was not. They then offered to get a rep to drop it in to me at home, which I thought was very helpful. I had just returned from the trip to the showroom when they rang to say the item WAS in! And no, the rep would not be able to deliver it. All this for an item that should have been included in my kitchen in the first place, but for which I had to pay! Very disappointing.
