My wife and I have received couple counselling from Liz for the last 18 months, she has been instrumental in helping us move forward from a very difficult place in our relationship. We feel so lucky to have found her; she has been so caring & considerate in her work with us, always impartial, considering both of our points of view in equal measure and always working to make the sessions productive. We've really valued the time and space that being with Liz has allowed us, it has often up thoughts & feelings that the busyness of everyday life can make you forget about - they tend to be some of the most important thoughts and feelings! She has also been great at encouraging us to recreate these times for ourselves so that we can keep the same level of communication and honesty happening after we have finished the counselling. We cannot recommend Liz enough and can't overstate the value of her sessions to us. Very highly recommended!!
