Everyone at Jon Brambles Estate Agents including Jon himself were a pleasure to do business with. From our initial contact with the office enquiring about marketing our property, through meeting Jon for a market appraisal, then the progression of the sale itself, weve been incredibly impressed with their friendliness and communication at every stage. From our pleasant initial contact with Vicky on reception, to Gemmas demeanour and professionalism while conducting viewings, to Sues valuable constant contact with any updates through our sale and onward purchase, we couldnt be happier with the service we received. Jon had no pushy sales patter and didnt try and up-sell other services. His valuation was realistic and closely aligned to what we thought our house was worth. His photos were of a high quality and not deceptive about size of rooms or outside space. We were surprised to receive an offer at the top of the advertised guide price on the first day of viewings which shows our house was marketed at the right level from the start. We would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommended them to anyone.

He said he would sell our house in a week, we had ten viewing in five days and it was sold. You can't ask for better than that.
