Have had the most fantastic service from Jane Young. Ordered a dress online and received it quickly as requested. Lost the belt from the dress, and the team at Jane Young worked very hard to sort the problem for me. Excellent communication and a genuine desire to help sort a problem. Refreshing!

The staff at Jane Young Newark are just fantastic. I was assisted in finding a wonderful outfit for my son's wedding by Sharon and Lyndsey and cannot praise them highly enough. Their advice and friendly service made choosing my outfit a really enjoyable experience! Nothing is too much trouble and they took time to really make sure that I was happy with my choice. I would completely recommend Jane Young for a special occasion outfit - their service is second to none !!!

Such a beautiful shop. I bought my mother of the groom outfit for a beach wedding here. The assistant so really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. So pleased with my dress and hatinator

Found my mother of the groom outfit today with the help of Sharon G, Sharon listened to what I had in mind and found several dresses that fit perfectly, Sharon didnt push me into any decision although offered advise on which suited best, and found matching accessories Wonderful experience will definitely recommend and will visit again. I would also like to add Jane Young didnt have the sandals I was looking for I popped into Vix shoes down the road, the lady there offered to let me take the shoes back to Jane Young to try on with my outfit, I thought that was a lovely gesture great day in a very friendly Newark
