        I recently bought my wife a watch from Cope Jewellers for her birthday. The service was friendly and excellent, they were not pushy and there was no hard sell. My wife is delighted with the watch, and I would thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

        I used Copes to have a ring resized and received excellent customers service. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and carried out the resize while I waited. The cost was less than I expected. A great independent business that I can happily recommend.

        I needed a quick jewellery repair on my bracelet so I nipped in to Cope to see if they could assist. The lady that served me was so lovely and friendly, she was more than happy to help. Even though it was a 2 minute job, they didn't charge me so I just wanted to say thank you so much for your time and efforts! :-)
