Dear Billy I would like to take this opportunity to commend both your company and your staff especially singling out Matt and Jake. Simply put the construction was delivered exactly as promised a wet room which was the complete package from stripping out the old bathroom and erecting the new. The quality and finish was excellent, the advice from yourself, and your staff during the build was always on the money. Everyday your staff would clear away restoring walkways etc, enabling us to continue pretty much as normal, it was a big job and we're expecting some caos, not so. An excellent response when our boiler gave out at the end of November - all replaced in time for Christmas. Warners are our 'go-to' contractor.

Many thanks to Billy for the excellent and very thorough service of boiler and Megaflow hot water tank today. We are delighted. Just had Warners back to do a redesign of our bathroom. Just to say a huge thank you for all the work done on our bathroom. We are absolutely delighted with it, Special thanks to Matt who is such an incredibly talented, skilled member of your staff. His work is outstanding and he is a lovely young man too. Punctual, polite, extremely hard working and a perfectionist..he was here till 8pm yesterday. We think he is a real asset to your company and sincerely wish him well in his future career. Also nice to briefly meet Tom. Bathroom and En-Suite Having decided to refurb our bathroom and en-suite, we got 4 companies to quote, including Warner's Innovations. Needless to say Warner's were not the cheapest, but they were, by far, the most professional and the one that gave us the confidence to go ahead. During the design process, Julia and Billy explained the options and helped to work out how we could achieve the things we wanted within the space that we have. Everything was planned and costed, and options explained. We decided to have a couple of extra things done, such as a heating system flush (well worth the money) and this was all factored into the job. From a technical point of view, Billy knows his stuff! He was at the house most days and his fitters Matt and Tom follow his lead; things are done correctly and there are no shortcuts. During the work we came across a couple of issues, these were explained and solutions sorted. Because of this the work lasted a bit longer than we all expected, however, the end result was worth all the work. Matt and Tom worked hard and were a pleasure to have in the house, cleaning up each day and were really conscious that they are working in our home. We left them in the house with the dogs a couple of times when we had appointments elsewhere and even left them with the house when we went away for a prearranged weekend, we wouldn't do that to just anyone! Work has been finished a couple of weeks now and we have 2 fully finished wet rooms that we are very pleased with. The end result was, as Billy promised, superb and just what we wanted. I can highly recommend Billy and his team at Warner's Innovations; they are not the cheapest but if you are looking for a reliable, professional company who will provide an exceptional outcome you have come to the right place.
