        Had a problem moving shelf in a Magnet wall unit fitted by our Housing Associaion. Phoned and then visited the Newark store. The salesman had taken time to sort out my problem and showed me how to move it as soon as I arrived. There was no money paid, but I can only thank him for his help in resolving my problem. ***Many, Many Thanks***
