        Absolutely ABYSMAL! I have been trying for over a week to get an appointment and I have yet to even actually get through to anyone. Waiting on the phone for hours is not possible when you have a job. My condition is deteriorating and I can't even speak to a receptionist! Shut it down, not fit for purpose.

        Never waver heard of a worse Gp surgery . You cant get appointment even if you call by 8:30 am. When they call you back, they always say sorry appointments are done . Please can anyone recommend a better Gp. This Gp surgery should be named and shamed

        You can only ring at 8.30am if you're lucky you will get a appointment. If you ring later you will be left on the phone in a qu waiting just to only get told no appointments ring at 8,30am or you can go to the a and e where there is only one Dr who some how you can see if you wait 5+ hours
