IN'n'OUT Autocentres Newark

I took my car in for suspected water leak as coolant was dropping and setting off warning light, I dropped it off Tuesday midday like they told me too, they checked the issue and pressure tested the system then said everything was fine. Later that day/evening they sent me a video of four issues the car has that needed doing engine mount, oil cooler, CV joint, exhaust Flexi joint. I tried to phone the next day all day to say that's fine get the parts and fix the problems I'm happy for the work to be done. They just ignored the phone all day even head office tried reaching them after me leaving the voicemail like the message said and them calling back. When I finally do speak to someone they refused to do three of them because it meant main dealer parts and they were moaning about cost of parts. Strange really I'm sure my finances are down to me not them so they had my car for almost a week until Saturday afternoon and only did a CV joint because they broke the joint trying to replace the gaiter absolute joke I will not be returning

The team went above and beyond expectations today when I bought my VW Transporter in for a full service, air con recharge and MOT this morning. After discovering that the rear springs needed replacing, they managed to not only order the parts in but also got the work done to a very high quality and in short order (despite being understaffed and block booked throughout the day). I'll not only be using these guys again, but making a sound recommendation to friends & family who live nearby to use these guys when it comes to servicing, repairs & MOTs. Big thanks and shout out to all the staff at IN'n'OUT Autocentres, Newark for your help and hard work today!

Was told I needed work doing totalling 744 which included new brake discs and pads, track rod ends and suspension arms on the front, took my car to another garage and only one suspension arm needed changing as the other things have nothing wrong with them, they even took me under the car to show me what was wrong and showed me the other parts were perfect, always go for small independent garages as they are more honest then nationwide companies
