        I want to leave a review of the wonderful service I received in the Newark branch. Thank you to the two ladies who served me and accepted a late return. ( I had a valid reason) . They were so professional and friendly and just did a fantastic job confirming that I had paid full price when it came up at a reduced price and just been really pleasant and thoughtful. I really recommend their excellent customer service

        Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - Good parking - Tidy store Cons: - Lack of variety of sizes (I am average build) - IT systems are chaotic for collecting online orders Overall not a bad shop

        I love the style and quality of next clothing and find their work wear, formal wear exceptional quality. The Newark branch is great for collecting click and collect items. Easy parking, good opening hours, friendly staff, quick and efficient service.
