A brilliant company. Great value, reliable and just makes the whole thing easy. I don't want to spend too much time thinking about waste removal when I'm trying to run a small business and these people just get the job done so I don't have to. They've also been incredibly helpful and understanding during pandemic times which is a lot more than I can say for some of my suppliers. Absolutely would (and already have) recommend to anyone looking for waste removal. Service: Junk removal

Greenzone have never been easy to deal with, we were a customer for close to 5 years and I can honestly say the only thing they did with any consistency was collect their payments via direct debit, and add phantom overweight charges... The only reason we used them for so long was because they made the process of getting out of their contract so convoluted that I was always too busy to go through the process, until now. Skimming my inbox for Greenzone correspondence I mostly see "please explain this additional overweight charge, our bins have not been cleared yet" or simply, "dear so and so... the bins have not been collected, again" When Greenzone finally do collect your bins a week or so late they have a tendency to then charge you for being overweight (as you would be when its 3 weeks worth of waste instead of 2) or billing for an "extra" collection. As they are a middle man company and don't actually own any of the services they supply (a fact I found out too late) they aren't really in a strong position to solve any issues, so you'll find yourself being ignored when it is obvious they are failing at their one job and can do nothing about it. Since our business is mothballed due to current events and we no longer have premises we cancelled all of our supplier contracts, water / elec / alarm / insurance / phones / internet etc etc... all other companies had a basic common sense approach that there was nothing to be done, we'll re sign and move forward once we can go back to work. Greenzone have a different approach, they rolled over our contract without written consent and then refused to let us out of it, their best offer was to let us pay off a (high) percentage of the annual cost, for them to do nothing, and we would be released from the contract, amazing. They want paying for the privilege of doing naught. They still send invoices, I tell them not to, we've terminated their services. They just sent us a letter explaining that even though we're a valued customer unfortunately the cost of our contract is going up, to subsidise the fact they were so helpful and understanding during 2020.... it's laughable, seriously, I'm just amazed by their inability to action anything properly. Their heavy handed approach to billing companies for services they haven't supplied and refusal to actually deal with cancellations of contracts is borderline harassment tactics. The attached photo was taken after getting to the office right after I was assured the bins had been cleared. Excellent service yet again. I could not recommend Greenzone any less. Honestly, just avoid or they'll try and bill you for eternity.
