Roundbrand

I had a great purchasing experience with Gary however I've had a nightmare time trying to get in contact with customer services to get an engineer out to fix a manufacturing defect. Can't get through on the phone and emails take days to be responded too. 3 weeks later I've finally been given a date for an engineer to come and assess the issue and that's another 3 week wait. This means I will have an insecure home for 6 weeks in total. Again Gary was great to purchase from but the after sales customer care has been terrible.

Just want to say a big thanks to Gary at roundbrand (Newark) . Always very knowledgeable and very professional. Goes the extra mile to make sure the job runs smoothly. Highly recommend Gary for all your windows and doors.

Oops since my last review I've had 2 doors fitted at a fraction of the price elsewhere &they r great.If not in a hurry & u want 2 save money Roundbrand is the place 2 go
