        The beautiful ladies in the store went above and beyond for me today, Been trying for ages to get the Black Bat jellycat for my daughter for ages but always out of stock, The lady looked for me managed to find 1 and ordered it to come to my home address as I dont live in Newark , so friendly fabulous customer service, Thank you so much ladies bless you Xxx

        Love this shop. Denise is fab, as is the other lady. Lovely range of products, the jellycats are amazing. Both ladies are so helpful and great and easy to talk too. Ive also ordered online and in store and both experiences were 5 star. Highly recommend.
