I have to say that the customer service I have had from this store is by far the best I've ever experienced Absolutely Fantastic, great communication, and very efficient and professional. They went above and beyond to resolve my query regarding a purchase i made. Everything I have bought from the white dress agency have been in great condition and been very happy with every single purchase just wish I lived closer so could visit the shop in person, I recommend the White Dress agency to all my friends I buy everything from the website, Fiona was very helpful when I needed to send a jacket back as it was too small it was easy to return the item and get a refund
