        Great team at the start, friendly and supported with viewing at short notice. Agent was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, another agent telephoned with an update and was very rude and unprofessional. Queried politely and in all innocence what and why details had been shared with the vendor when I was specifically told it wouldn't be (felt had been mislead about what was and wasn't being asked for by the vendor) was told " I've been doing this for 30 years and that's the way it is, goodbye" before the phone was hung up. Patronising, rude and unprofessional- very disappointing from a local agent.
