        Went to upgrade my phone today . Spent nearly 3 hours trying to sort my upgrade out . Matthew was so patient,Helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble . All the team was so kind and gave a personal experience which you dont find in the larger branches . Great shop do to Matthew and people like him . Julian
