Assured Screening - Newark

Opening hours have changed, not reflected on the website, now only open 8am to 2pm we had pre booked tests at 7pm and had to rearrange for the following morning at short notice. Not ideal for full time workers. Having said that once we arrived the staff were very helpful, and tests results came through 12 hours earlier than expected. Unfortunately one of us tested positive so had to cancel our trip, but that's not the fault of Assured Screening!!

Paid 118 to book a pre flight and day 2 test, never got the results from the first test meaning i had to pay 40 to do a rapid antigen test in the airport, miss my boarding and pay 110 for a new boarding pass. Wasnt sent a reference code for my day 2 test so was unable to complete passenger locator form to return home and had to book another test with a separate company. No contact information for the company other than a customer service robot that sends you in circles therefore had to drive to test centre to complain and ask for a refund only to be told no with no valid reason, legal proceedings have been initiated.
