        My retired mum was locked inside her house when the door failed. Fittlocks were so brilliant - they arrived quickly, fixed the lock (and looked at another in the house which has been a bit sticky) and didnt cost the earth. 10/10 would recommend!

        My door handle broke and I was in a total tizz but no funds to afford a call out. Fittlocks gave advice over the phone, looked at photos and gave me support to be able to buy the right part and fix it myself, as well as a really low price option for them to come over and help. Because of their support, I was able to get the right part and do it myself. They even messaged later to check I was alright. Really impressed and would definitely recommend due to their wonderful integrity and work ethos!
