        I dealt with Sam Payne. Payne by name Pain by nature. Sounded wonderful and very promising on the phone. It was soon very apparent that she was not a person of her word. Over a period of months after relentless phone calls and emails nothing was done. I very rarely give negative reviews but I'm so pleased my experience with this so called professional is over. Phew!

        Honestly, Elizabeth and her team are the best. The kindest and hardest working people I know. They managed the completion of my first property. Without Elizabeth, Jennie, and the team at Payne & Gamage Solicitors the purchase would most like not have happened. Elizabeth and her team worked relentlessly to ensure the purchase went through. They offer the best advice, polite and very professional. I just can't speak highly enough of them. I hope to work with them again in the future.
