Camino HR

We had previously used Camino on an Ad-Hoc basis when we had an employment issue, which was dealt with efficiently and professionally by Jane and her team. Following Boris Johnson's initial announcement regarding the start of the Covid lockdown I emailed Jane at 11pm that night, unsure of our options with regard to the Furlough scheme and whether our employees should attend work the next day. Jane emailed me straight back to arrange a call by 8am the next morning to discuss our situation and I was immediately able to inform our employees of their options at an extremely challenging time. Over the following weeks Jane has advised us on a number of areas associated with the Job Retention Scheme, Holiday and Sick-Pay Rights, alongside Camino's general email update which is extremely informative based on current employment issues. We would recommend Camino to any company that does not have their own Internal HR department as an invaluable resource in these challenging times.
