I had high hopes for Countryside Partnerships, but unfortunately, they have not lived up to my expectations. Despite numerous attempts to get their East Midlands Customer Service Team to fix the snagging issues after buying their new build, they have failed to follow up and make the necessary repairs. It already took half a year and is unacceptable that a builder would neglect their responsibilities in this way, and it has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I urge anyone considering buying their new builds to think twice before entrusting them with their project. It's clear that they do not prioritize their customers' satisfaction or take pride in their work.
