        Excellent Gym and Fitness space, everything you could possibly need under one roof. Substantial equipment for all fitness levels and needs. Highly recommend to anyone who is a super pro right down to a gym novice like me. Fitness coaches available on site, and for personal training session plans if required. You will always feel welcome here right from day one.

        I have gone to the Arena on and off for 8 years and been trained by Martin. The atmosphere in the gym is great with members from age 18 to 80. Martin is knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining the equipment and doing PT sessions.
