        Went to KFC at 10:20pm. Ordered on app, they then advised they didn't have cooked stock so couldn't fulfil order. They should be cooking to order. Ieva was shift manager of the shift and is assistant manager of the store. She is lazy not to instruct staff to either have the food already made or make to order. She is deputising as store manager whilst the store manager is away.

        Ridiculously slow service, fillet burger was hard. Both staff members appeared totally devoid of any customer service. Would also liked to have had a serviette or two to wipe hands on after eating chicken piece. Whatever happened to the customary wet wipes ?. If you are looking for a good meal with good service here, don't count your chickens !!.
