My domestic rainwater system developed a fault, so I enquired about getting a visit to repair. Ed quickly rang me back and after spending 5 mins talking about the issue, he said it was almost certainly a capacitor that needed changing. He talked me through now to do it and where to order from. He said he'd be embarrassed to come out and charge me for doing this. Spent less than 10 and an easy fix to change myself. System working perfectly now. Great to see there's still really honest people out there. Should my system ever develop a fault will be sure to ring these guys again.

Excellent customer service, great communication, speedy response. Very grateful to Edward for coming to fix a problem we had with our domestic rainwater harvesting system. Very reasonable rates and no faffing around - all sorted with minimum stress. Thank you!
