DCR have installed us a fantastic Solar edge system. With the rising costs of energy and running costs of our business the investment made will ensure we are able to comfortably trade in the future. We had three radiators that required fitting, two of them needed full relocation including floor removal and DCR team did outstanding job, the outcome was even better than we expected. After the job was completed DCR team ensured that everything was working properly and didn't leave until everything was up and running. Looking forward to working with DCR team again, if I could I would give 10 Big thank you to the team who attended our property and admin Emily for great customer service. Purchased a house a couple of years ago that had a heating system previously fitted by DCR. The system is a combination of a Viessmann condensing boiler and solar thermal system. Lewis and the team have looked after us with any issues or servicing needs since day one and we have always received excellent service and value for money. Highly professional and knowledgeable team that I would strongly recommend. For people unsure about the viability of solar thermal I think it is worth sharing my experiences. The solar thermal system provides almost 100% of hot water in the summer and even in recent days where the outside temperature is -3 the solar collector has been running at over 30 degrees on clear days, free hot water!
