What a truly awful company to deal with. Gave them six weeks notice, then cancelled my direct debit with my bank (as would be normal practice) now trying to charge me 10.00 because, apparently, they have to cancel the direct debit themselves! Would you trust any company to cancel your direct debit and not bother cancelling it yourself? Don't think so! Really Horrible and Rude customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Great Company. Switched to JHCS about 2 years ago due to having what was probably the slowest Broadband in Nottinghamshire and now have a much faster speed which more than meets all of my requirements. Have recently had cause to contact their engineers twice in the last couple of months and found them to be extremely polite,helpful and efficient. They solved my problems quickly and I can highly recommend them to anyone Keep up the good work !! From Tony Read
