You will always receive a warm welcome here age and experience do not matter. The guys here will accommodate you whatever your needs are if it's just to work out, sparing, boxing yoga or a one to one session with pad work and much more there is always something for everyone.
Don't hesitate to pop on and have a chat.
But don't be fooled it's a fully licensed boxing gym and can appear a bit rough round the edges but the welcome is far from it.
I've personally had 47 one to one hour sessions with Esham Pickering and just can't get enough.
Parking can be tricky so if you are new allow 10 minutes to find a spot.
Strongly recommend.
