Very basic b&b, rooms are clean and comfortable although not very large and decor is a bit "tired". Don't know if mine was standard but only a shower and sink in the room, toilet and separate bathroom were at the end of the hall. Dining area was tidy but had strong cooking smells from the adjacent kitchen in the evening. Choice of cereals and bread and a toaster out for breakfast. Offered choice of tea or coffee and asked if I wanted a cooked breakfast; no menu or options but was a good quantity of standards...fried egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, tomato and fried bread. No kettle or beverage facilities in the bedroom but was a sign on the door downstairs saying tea and coffee were available at 1.50 per cup!
