Slapiton - Perfume, Beauty and Gifts

Very unprofessional!!! Do not touch!! Appalling- its been weeks and they obviously dont have the products in stock if they ever did and only responded when I chased to say it had been delayed but no reason given. When I emailed again another week later to ask them to cancel the order they emailed to say they were trying to take payment repeatedly and it had been refused (also not true and even if it had been it would have been flagged in the last email or when I placed the order!). I feel very uncomfortable having shared bank details with this company - they dont even have basic company sign offs, it comes across as a guy in a basement somewhere..

Came into this shop today and found them very helpful. Was looking at Lancome perfumes and was given a good opportunity to sample a few products. Would definitely return here for purchases. Thank you.

Lucky to live near to this lovely shop.Enticing displays both in the shop window and inside. Inside is very spacious,cool and tranquil -lovely place to shop and browse. I and family members (who look forward to visiting this shop on their annual visits from elsewhere in the U.K) appreciate the old style of service - informative but not intrusive allowing you time to look at and sample various items.

Have been using this company for many years. Have always found them to be very helpful. Use their experience to suggest scents to test which helps when buying gifts.
