        Love this TSB (specifically the cash point)! I was returning from an evening in Nottingham and really really (really) NEEDed a kebab or pizza. The cash point wasnt dispensing cash which prevented me from purchasing said junk food. I was fairly annoyed at the time (Id had a couple of beers) but woke up to be so grateful for preventing me from purchasing some unhealthy food that I didnt need. P.S. the local kebab place only accepted cash. Thanks TSB! Love you!

        service much worse since the friendly counter staff were made redundant; males hiding in the back, close counter early without making that public. Reverting time it takes for cheques to clear - only not long ago improved to overnight), unless the member of staff I spoke with was clueless about that as well.
