Went to halifax today to draw money out from inside, told to put mask on, but I'm exempt and told the staff. Then I was spoken to like a dog by the same female staff to stand on the 2 mtr spot, I was trying to be thoughtful to other customers and give more than 2 mtr. Staff then demanded I stood on that spot. First you have no rights treating people in this way and secondly your quoting work policies which I dont work for you and there for I have not consented or agreed to conply into any of your rules or regulations. I suggest you learn the laws and note the difference from legal. My husband then tells me that the same staff member was slagging me off to another customer at the door...

When will you open on Saturdays ? Those of us who work cant get yo you any other day?and I know there is online which I use but sometimes you actually need to go to the bank! Not a helpful service
