        I looked on Google for the opening hours which said the Newark branch was open until 3.30pm. No mention of the counter closing at 2pm on Google. This is only on their web site. Two members of staff on duty both involved in lengthy discussions with existing customers. The machine broke down and had to be fixed by a member of staff. I needed to pay in some charity monies and had a paying in slip but this could not be processed as there is no card and was told I need to come back when the counter is open. Why can't one of the two staff on duty operate a counter till? Just glad I don't bank at Barclay's If you are open you should offer a full counter service like other banks. Very poor service Barclays.

        Opening Hours are terrible, closed on Tuesdays, short hours on other days of the week? Really? ... in thiss day and age? Not good for business banking!
