We can highly recommend this company. Nicci and her team were faced with quite a challenge clearing my wifes aunties house! Nicci met us at the house at a date and time of our choice. She was very pleasant and sympathetic to our situation. She explained what she planned for the various articles. Some would be going to charity. A competitive quote was received the same evening. We were kept informed of the progress with photos. The job was finished when promised with totally clear rooms and vacuumed floors ready to invite the estate agents round. Very little I can add to the well deserved rave reviews published by other happy customers. In my case I needed to clear the house of a beloved Aunt who recently passed at 90 years old. In recent years she had allowed her house to become very badly cluttered. I live 90 minutes away so I was ideally looking for a service provider that I could trust with house keys and alarm code to complete the task without supervision. I met with several potential providers before selecting Buy and Bid. As mentioned by several others, Nicci is the reason they secured my business. She is a genuinely empathetic, understanding but astute businesswoman. She understood my situation precisely and set about clearing the property without fuss. Because I live a distance away she even offered to attend to other visitors to the house on my behalf. Nicci and her team were effective and efficient and deserving of at least 5 Thank you!

Nicci and the team carried out a house clearance for my uncle's house. I live too far away to travel to the property but Nicci kept me updated on their progress and sent lots of photos showing their completed work. They did a brilliant job and completed on time. I would recommend them for a house clearance
